Official opening of The Crystal Ship Festival 2019, Oostende, Belgium

Today hosts the official opening of The Crystal ship 2019! Most of the murals are finished and we head over to Mexican artist Paola Delfin’s 40 foot mural on Guldensporenlaan 2 for the official ceremony.

The festival was opened by Mayor Bart Tommelein, The Crystal Ship curator Bjørn Van Poucke and Lucas De Man (curator #TAZ19) on the grass square in front of Paola Delfín’s epic wall.

In 40 foot mural consists of three characters, we see The Crystal Ship Curator Bjørn Van Poucke, Artistic Production chief Jasmine Roemendael and the buildings caretaker.
