We use specialised cotton gloves and conservation materials during the packing process to ensure your artwork is protected during shipping. Prints are rolled and dispatched in sturdy tubes, while canvases and high-value items are securely packaged in bespoke handmade wooden crates for ultimate protection during transit. Our artwork is shipped via Express Delivery through our reliable art courier and is tracked and signed for upon delivery. Once your order has been processed, we will provide you with a tracking number, allowing you to easily monitor its progress.
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the artwork and verifying quantity, specifications and details. Upon receipt of the artwork, the purchaser must raise any queries or complaints about the artwork within 7 days; otherwise, we will deem the purchase and delivery accepted by you.

Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged during transit, it is important to notify Graffiti Street within 48 hours. Detailed images of both the packaging and the artwork must be taken, paying close attention to any damages that may have occurred.
You MUST keep the damaged goods and any damaged packaging until you receive instructions on what to do with them from Graffiti Street.
Failure to do this could result in an invalid claim against our Returns Policy.
Other returns for purchases made on the GraffitiStreet website
In accordance with the European Distance Selling Directive, GraffitiStreet.com will supply you with a contract for each purchase you make on the website.
If you are ordering within an EU country, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, within seven working days from receipt of the goods and return the goods without giving any reason.
If you withdraw you will be reimbursed in full for the cost of the artwork (excluding delivery costs and/or fees we have incurred) by the same method with which you paid, within seven working days from receipt of the goods. You will be charged for the postage costs of returning the goods and any import taxes that we may be liable for will be deducted from the refunded total (if returned from outside the UK), but we do not add an administration or repackaging charge. Under these conditions, returned goods must reach us in 100% re-saleable condition for customers to be eligible for a refund.
Contracts can be concluded electronically, and the time at which the contract is concluded is determined by reference to the times at which your order (and graffitistreet.com’s acknowledgement) is deemed to be received (which is when we are first able to access it).
The same terms apply if you are ordering outside the European Union, as we strongly believe we should all be treated with equal rights.
