D*Face Unveils ‘Dog in Hand’: A Vibrant Addition to London Mural Festival

World-renowned London street artist D*Face unveils a stunning new mural created for the London Mural Festival 2024. Situated in the eclectic neighbourhood of Camden, the mural has replaced his iconic Zippo piece, bringing fresh new energy into the area.

Titled “Dog in Hand,” D*Face’s latest mural masterpiece is a striking example of street pop art at its finest. The mural showcases a female character with striking turquoise skin, vivid purple hair, and soft red lips.

Dressed in a soft pink jumper adorned with a D*Face logo, the character tenderly cradles the famous D*Face Dog figure in their hand. This emotive scene unfolds against a backdrop of pop art classic poker blue dots.

D*Face’s unique artistic pop art style and colour choices make “Dog in Hand” a striking new presence in Camden’s dynamic street art scene. The mural pops out from the red bricked building.

 The London Mural Festival (5th – 29th September 2024) will continue to grace the streets of London with new street art murals throughout September, so be on the lookout for more exciting additions.

The first mural, kicking off the festival, was unveiled in Brixton, painted by Spanish artist Sebas Velasco. ‘A Lasting Place’ is a beautiful impressionistic portrait of an anonymous young local resident, taking its title from the song by British rapper Loyle Carner. Read more here.
