Description

‘Trolleys’ is a limited-edition screenprint by Banksy, first released in 2006 as part of his seminal exhibition, Barely Legal, in Los Angeles. This print features the central image of the ‘Trolley Hunter’ artwork with three hunters stalking a “herd” of shopping trolleys instead of wild animals.

The black-and-white print is a powerful commentary on consumerism and its impact on modern society. ‘Trolleys is a powerful statement on consumer culture and its impact on our lives, and it it remains highly sought after by collectors of Banksy’s work. The print serves as a reminder of our dependence on mass-produced goods and our inability to provide for ourselves outside modern capitalism, a theme that is central to Banksy’s oeuvre.
