The powerful collision of a universal symbol of peace with the visual language of military threat gives the work an exceptional resonance, heightened by the weathered barrier and individually painted graffiti surrounding the image. Created for The Walled Off Hotel in Bethlehem, the sculpture was acquired directly from the hotel and is accompanied by its official certificate and recorded hotel provenance.
