Situated in Richmond upon Thames—an area renowned for its 500-year-old oak trees, which outnumber those in France and Germany combined—the mural holds historical significance. The region has a long legacy of species conservation, dating back to the time of Henry VIII, and poses a pressing question: What legacy will we leave for future generations?

Vesod’s work intricately blends mathematics with influences from Renaissance art and futurism, evident even in the title ‘N6tur3,’ which incorporates numerical elements. Leveraging his degree in mathematics, he skillfully intertwines anatomical proportions with dynamic forms, delving into the notion of time through ethereal, geometric shapes.
