Painted within the ISC Via Tacito and bordered by a botanical garden and an urban garden meticulously maintained by students and teachers, the design features a seed that not only sprouts but also flourishes into a beautiful plant, symbolising the nurturing environment of the school and the blossoming of young minds.

“The seed that sprouts and bears fruit is also intended as the seed of culture and wisdom, nourishment for the consciences of each student thanks to the growth process that takes place at school and promotes a fundamental value of shared knowledge.”
Giulio Vesprini
Vesprini’s artistry invites us to consider the seed as a metaphor for culture and wisdom. As students cultivate their intellect and skills, they engage in a growth process that transcends academic achievement. It emphasises the importance of shared knowledge—recognising that education is a collective project, rich with contributions from both students and teachers.
